A survival game in which you must conceal yourself from the hospital’s patients within the security chamber. The protagonist is a staunch pacifist and is equipped solely with a flashlight, CCTV monitors, a door management system, and alarms that will assist him in surviving the night. The patients will make every effort to reach the guard, and your objective is to hinder them by shutting the doors in their path and diverting their focus from pursuing you using all available tactics. The game unfolds over five nights. Each shift, you are chased by frantic hospital patients, and it is your responsibility to keep them from entering the security room filled with your equipment. If any of the adversaries reach you, the level will restart. While navigating the premises between chapters, you can investigate the clinic and uncover hidden secrets. With each successive shift, you will delve deeper into the hospital’s mysteries and uncover the truths that the management aimed to conceal. Numerous notes, medical records, reports, and unfinished letters are scattered throughout the building, which can illuminate the clinic’s secrets. You can access all the rooms if you display ingenuity! However, once you pick up the walkie-talkie, the game will enter survival mode, and the security room will remain locked until seven in the morning, with CCTV cameras serving as your eyes.
